Tim is the creative force behind the company and the sole inventor of the innovative technology that forms the basis of the Patents and Intellectual Property. His extensive experience in the construction industry as a commercial and industrial Project Manager has given him invaluable insight into the hand tool industry.

A source of great joy for Tim is seeing how his revolutionary tools enhance the lives of the people who use them by making their work easier and more enjoyable.

Nathan holds a BSc (Engineering Physics) with distinction, an LLB from the University of Alberta and is a partner with Thompson Woodruff Intellectual Property Law. He is a lawyer and a registered patent agent. Nathan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and also the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.

Ian is a web developer, IT professional and digital content provider who serves as TC Tools Director of Communications. He is also a Grammy nominated multi-instrumentalist and composer.
